That fat check every month may look great, but when compared to the amount of equity you have in the property, the return is often dismal.

Once it's done, the repair person just calls me back and I usually give them a credit card number over the phone, or occasionally I'll mail them a check if they don't accept credit cards.I can generally handle the whole repair right from my cell phone no matter where I'm at.

I know there are systems out there that provide emails, cell phones and landlines.

They always have money for cigarettes and their cell phone bill.If you appear weak you will be who gets paid last if there is any money left.
