By accelerating your depreciation schedules, you reduce your taxable income which in turn increases your operating cash flow.

I have no interest in managing the manager. 

I use a Keurig for my STR in SC. 

It will cause your unit to NEVER rent as there are cheaper alternatives in the marketplace. 

With time hopefully the numbers will be even more in your favor with appreciation of the property and you will have cash flow to continue to invest, also it is building equity in your portfolio that you may want to tap for opportunities in the future.

It’s tough if you’re flipping in under 12 months.
