I understand there are travel medical professionals, relo's, temporary housing for reno, and digital nomads, but to be honest, it feels like demand could be choppy.  

We all already “signed” (our digitally signed names are there) but there hasn’t been a payment made yet. 

Almost every variable — active listings, pending listing, number of sales — started to decline in March and continued to decline through April and May.These initial declines can be attributed to the slow assimilation to new COVID standards in real estate, in addition to avoidance of health risks for a large portion of the population — and different levels of government weighing in and let’s be honest, slowing things down.Despite these other categories trending down, the median sales price of housing continued to grow for the Austin-Round Rock MSA throughout the entire pandemic.While this is true for Austin-Round Rock MSA, Travis county and Bastrop county carried the bulk of load.The City of Austin was the only dataset to see double digit increases in median price sold in every month except June, which saw a 9.7% increase year-over-year.Caldwell, Williamson, and Hays all saw a decrease in every variable across the board — number of home sales, listing activity, median price, and pending sales.

I primarily buy manufactured homes with land via the MLS, direct mail, and digital marketing.

If approved it’s one more button to make them a tenant, where a lease is executed for digital signing and they can log in to pay deposit and rent. 

We are in the 21st century and a lot of digital marketing can be applied to easily make great use of your time.

And hey, the world is big and interesting.Anyway, here's what they (digital nomads)need and some of what they want: FAST WIFI above all, after that a little "zoom room" kind of space separate from the general living area is idealclean, simple look. lots of conveniently placed outletsgood places within walking/biking distancebike storage/laundry in unitdishwasherappliances should be and look new and the kitchen should be visually appealing but singles will order out more than they cooklow VOC paint and other quasi-green touches are nice things to add and put in an ad as a signal.

I graduated with a 6-digit student loan and it actually helped me pay off my loans sooner.

I believe there's an e-book here on BP called "Real Estate Rewind" - if I remember right, it asks about 20 or so investors what they would've done differently when they started out, etc.
