Not saying not to look there, but that is just as a diamond in the rough thing since it isn't a lot of heavy lifting.I don't really do much in the way of wholesaling but the last one I did off the MLS the numbers were like listed at $73.8K (after LOTS of price drops) and I SOLD it to my end buyer for $44K, and didn't even make $2K on it.See that gap?
