The borrower owns the loan, you own the property its a bum deal for them but they didn't ay their obligations and the HOA needs to be paid because they don't get bailout money!

and his contract is no good if he does not have the money personally to close.. its fraud in the inducement.. easy to go around guys like this..

Do not be induced to panic and fear, do not be induced to run away from the market or dump your property out of false pretense of a market collapse as ALL data shows the opposite. 1 simple fact, fed printing, fed saying they are going to let inflation go a bit more than normal.

Not joking - the day I turned it around was when I met a bum on the street, gave him some food and he said, "Thank you man.
