Hi BP community,I am a new BP investor looking to grow with like minded investors to grow real estate portfolios using various strategies in any upcoming markets.I currently have no properties and live in the San Francisco Bay area.What would be the best strategies to use to grow a manageable portfolio of SFH and Small Multifamily?

I would say the only people that could sell their property for market value or higher are people that have cookie cutter homes (ie Condos, town homes or homes in HOA communities and where homes are renovated).

I would recommend you join a Community of LP investors! 

HI Jennifer, I'm interested in building a community of tiny homes and how to make that work with the least of money down.  

You'll experience more in a shorter amount of time vs. starting off on your own.Aside from the team, I'd also recommend joining agent communities especially those that have virtual meetings to role play, accountability, discuss marketing tips, etc.
