Is there a musty smell or something unfavorable as you go through? 

She just left the property on Sunday and I did the walk through to assess any damages and immediately was hit by a very strong smell of cigarette smoke.

Applicants with body odder, unkempt appearance, attitude, messy car, facial tattoos any reason you may have.

Being that I go to RPI, I have a lot of connections within Greek Life and the overall student body and could probably be helpful in figuring out what students need and what students can afford (spoiler: not that much!)

Don't stick your nose in the toilet though... but sniff for muff smells (mold and water damage)

You have to look like one or at least smell like 2!

If it is a multi-unit where the smoke smell could spread to other units  or bother others, I may move to evict.

I don't set my alarm anymore and wake up when my body feels like it.  

Hallways constantly smell of bad weed, and I did an inspection last week....I almost passed out because the smell of cat piss was so strong.

Don't give it to any body.
