Just got to say Trey, Its nice to see a fellow young adult going after real estate!

The application absolutely says all adults living in the home must submit an application, and no one can live there but those listed on the lease.

I am not proud to admit that I have kind of turned a blind eye to politics for most of my adult life.

For this reason, we require all adult occupants to meet at our office to review all of the Rental documents.

I don't feel right leaving them wondering and feel it is the least I can do after they paid 47/adult for the application.

REI is possible at any age - teenagers have made it work (with the help of an adult partner) and you can't be too old either - but I do think there is an age where the stars align a bit more and it is easier.

Late teens and early 20s young adults rarely have the self control and little to no financial education is given before they're handed the money.

There is a little bit of my home in every STR of mine; kegorator, fire pit, pellet gun & pigeon bait, propane or gas grill, Netflix, adult movies, 2 sets of boxing gloves and headgear, artwork of scantily clad women, etc.
