You'd need to either keep it as is or paint it to match the cupboards.I've seen a variety of things used successfully as a backsplash - tin ceiling tiles, laminate flooring, even sheet metal - my best advice would be to just take your colors to the store and see what you can find that will pull everything together.

We see a lot of clients house hack in a variety of ways ... you can rent-by-the room at $700-$800/room, you can find a home with a mother-in-law suite or separate basement entrance and Airbnb the basement, or you can buy a primary every year or so and when you move out, you can rent it as a medium-term furnished rental.

The time it saves is way worth it.There are a variety of other electronic means offered but they usually require some action on the part of the tenant.

It is highly desirable to blend uses into the area thereby protecting the residential character of the area; but not create architectural or traffic conflicts nor permit the commercial development to expand into a regional center of such scope and variety as to attract significant volumes of traffic from outside the neighborhood.Even though I can think of innovative ways to increase the rent and current job market in Bakersfield with plenty of jobs in Oil and gas and agriculture section make this increased rent very doable, but I see that as wishful thinking and when making an offer, I want to be as realistic as possible and I will not hope for any income above fair market value.I have a feeling that most challenging part in real estate is finding the right property at the right price.

For a variety of reasons, I am not found of window air conditioning units and like to circumvent or discourage their use.We had one unit empty at the time we closed and decided (based on past experience) that a ductless split heat pump w/ two heads (one on each floor) would be a good fit.
