Hi,I did a quick analysis of the tidal wave of foreclosures from Covid related delinquent loans. 

And waiving a lot of contingencies, like waving appraisal.  

There’s an expected tidal wave of evictions to be filed a jam up the courts.

Also don't be swayed by initial response it means nothing; we all get hit by the initial wave of applicants who never read the basic requirements but 'are available for viewing' tomorrow.

I don't think we'll see a massive wave of foreclosures.

But as long as you bought it right, and it's making money every month, you can just hold on to it through any pricing wave that comes (depreciation / appreciation, etc).As for HOA's, I personally hate them.  

Such things as upping hight restrictions, waving parking requirements, permit fees, etc.
