hey jenive been thinking the same thing for about two years now and this is the year I'm gonna bite the bullet and get it doneseems that the market share is getting more slim and having the ability to network with people that have the insider info is a great way to really ramp up the business ie... hard money lenders, good title companies and the access to bank reoslook at it this way you cant go wrong with the license and you really cant go wrong by having the ability to have a first look at the properties coming into the market in your areaenjoy

TBH I would recommend to shop around because the odds of you finding a lower interest rate with a conventional loan is kind of slim.
