Baltimore Investment Properites
Hello, just starting my move towards investments here in Baltimore. Trying to determine the best neighborhoods in Baltimore City or Baltimore County. I live in the city, which has a great variety of options for rental properties. Just trying to find the right mix of properties to make the right income. Hard to find that $200/door rule here without a huge down payment (>25% down to get there). Is that rule really one that anyone follows?
Anyone here in Baltimore that can offer some advice?
