Over the years, my relationship grew with Habitat and now we do "land swaps" (I'm very, very proud to say, "well over 50 parcels of mine that I "land-swapped" with Habitat, now have a "Habitat home" on my lots.

They are very motivated.However, because I grew up thinking credit was bad, I just recently acquired my first credit card, an Apple Card (don't laugh).

I grew up remodeling homes with family and remodeled a house myself in the past.

I grew up in Eau Claire, I've been investing on the other side of the river for a few years now.

Oddly enough this house sold to another high school friend who grew up in the neighborhood as his parents owned on this street.

Came to the US with parents and siblings as a little kid and grew up with the work hard mentality instead of work smart.

I grew up in that situation and it was a very humbling experience.
