I have been looking at Memphis & Nashville. currently all my single families are in Houston which property tax % making flee the scene.

We are currently preparing a large, 3,300+ sq ft home as an AirBNB just outside of Nashville.

We did not have this advantage in places like Cleveland, Detroit, Nashville, or Des Moines.This is just our thought and certainly much of it is opinion, but feel solid in our choice and have done our homework.
