I don't know many people out of state that would go visit there, so make sure you dial in who you're targeting for guests!

If someone came to stay as an overnight guest for a weekend they were not concerned. if there were two people sharing a room on a regular basis that are not related then that would put you over the limit in a four-bedroom house. so you get four unrelated people in a four-bedroom house.

If you have an oceanfront property, what type of grill are you providing your guests? 

I've been here 14 years and have seen the site ebb and flow, occasionally being taken over by over bearing folks with a gold star in their title.

We are purchasing a flip property in Cape May, NJ and the septic system may be undersized given the addition of a guest house to the property.

This is why it's important to just keep it to their address, don't get things mixed up, have the police going by to give the tenant status updates, because it could cause the calls to be charged to your property. 

I would say Lewiston is desperately trying to crawl out of Class C status, but it'll take some more years.

I try to fill in my MTR gaps with STR bookings until I can get another MTR guest.
