All that makes them willing to pay more, because they want to make those fantasies a reality.

In my experience when bubbles pop or corrections happen, they can happen hard and if you're not prepared or living in a fantasy land you could lose everything you worked hard for.

First year in real estate is tough,  lots of talk and fantasy pitching.

I'm not too concerned with having property scattered all over as long as the PM is good and is willing to keep me up-to-date with photos and video (although I've been using a PM for only 6 months so this could be pure fantasy).
