The Bank is trying to foreclose on that existing mortgage that is still in my name that my Buyer promised to pay which I have ultimate responsibility when the Buyer fails to do so.

Once they show the fake lease, it's a civil matter and not a criminal matter.

Make sure the neighborhood is something you like and the market is one where you see promise!

If so, is it all that as promised?

The biggest mistake I see out of state investors make is being lured in by the promise of high returns on cheap properties an not understanding the neighborhood.

I look at any panel systems (not the cheap fake wood versions that grandpa used to cover the plaster in the entire house back in 1972) as an upgrade, not a way to shave expense.
