@Matthew Wright, You use some interesting phrasing (broker dealer speak :) so I'm not exactly sure what you're meaning to ask.  

Breaking laws which relate to drugs, housing, safety are grounds for eviction.

The short story is that we believe that the building is infested with drug dealers.

Still have them and will either try to sell to antique book dealers and/or frame the maps.  

It was two single guys, one of them a drug addict.

I remember seeing blatant drug dealing in a pretty central location four years ago along with lots of smells of 420.  

It has only happened once, and through amazing luck, they turned out to be the nicest drug dealers ever and helped pay to remediate the special venting they had constructed through my roof without permission.

For example, I read on the Internet that Sarah Palin spends hundreds of thousands of tax-payers dollars throwing drug-crazed sex parties in the Alaska's governor's mansion.

I see plenty of tenant-hopefuls who have things I don't accept in their background - drug dealing convictions, evictions, etc - and some landlord has them now as a tenant ...I could fill a vacancy a lot faster if I would take some of those types!

Imagine going into an Audi dealer and wanted a 100k vehicle in our current situation....
