The tenant shall not unreasonably withhold consent to the landlord to enter the dwelling unit from time to time in order to inspect the premises; make necessary or agreed repairs, decorations, alterations, or improvements; supply agreed services; or exhibit the dwelling unit to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, tenants, workers, or contractors.(2)?

Tenants can provide their own curtains of choice, from local stores or online.This removes an unnecessary maintenance issue from the Owner; allows Tenants to decorate to their taste AND helps instill some pride in "their" home.

Design and decor matter, especially in today's hyper-competitive market so take some time to view your competition and make sure you're able to be competitive with the top 75th percentile of properties and you'll do well.

The property should be functional and safe regardless of the décor.

Challenge is decorating to appeal to either gender Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

If you would like to add some more bang on a budget, I would add some fun Florida style wallpaper that goes with the decor style you already have in the property.

The place to save money is in your decor like art work, throw blankets, pillows etc.

I'm the most un-stylish person you'll meet and my decor, clothes, and car all reflect that so looking for some help please.- Currently use grey and grey/blues, is this still in?
