Hey all, we'll be running a workshop this evening at 8pm CST to analyze a real estate deal start to finish.

We attended some of his workshops after that meeting and have been reading up on large apartment investing.

You could sell your services to realtors or investors, or you could make money putting together a workshop on how to do the GIS research.    

@Price Paramore I went to an Equity Trust presentation workshop and they seemed cool.

I met Jasmine and Natosha at a real estate expo in Baltimore MD back in April this year and decided to sign up for the (Note Lab) two day workshop and flew out to California where they are based.

They give you a bunch of classes and workshops / books and let you do a lot of the figuring out on your own, but you need to apply yourself.
