Unless 3 different Sherwin Williams stores have a rack in the back that says "Give this to the LU members" I think its legit.Or they had the codes wrong on 7 different occasions.If I bought the paint from the LU office that would be different.I think you had a bad run and maybe were too trusting.

The bedroom has a large mirrored door closet including racks and rod.

I finally gave them 2/3 (2 of $3k) of their deposit back just to get them the hell out so I could address the damages and keep them from getting worse (flooded, wooden floors buckled, mold growing underneath, etc).

They definitely have some quirks and limits as far as additions go but the core structures themselves I trust more than the wooden, water sensitive, structures I see being built today.

Folks, this is a hotel room, consider towels left on floor, food in fridge, unmade beds, dirty counters, dishes in drying rack or dirty, etc is part of the cleaning.

They will have different fee structures and what might be a great entity for very passive investments, like limited partner shares, might not be good for someone who has more activity and will thus rack up fees. 

These properties are still high maintenance and nerve racking, even if you have a good property manager and team.

If you have an established business that you don't want to have to shut down if you make one bad deal this has value.If you personally guarantee the loan by doing a DIL you might avoid a large deficiency that will get racked up with legal fees and all the other stuff Ann mentioned before.

Anyway they break down a lot of big numbers to make it simple for anyone to see that you simply cannot tax your way out of the amount of debt that we have created already, not to mention the debts we continue to rack up.The "doom and gloomers" say that those riots and austerity measures you see in other countries are most certainly going to make their way back to this country.

You can certainly skin a cat with a blunt wooden stick... or you could do it with a sharp knife.
