if i will sell my rental property for 500k and i  have a loan balance of 335k so i have an equity of more or less 130k net but i have already 4 rental properties is there any bank that can finance 4 more properties for the exchange?

I am interested in multi-family properties, note investing and 1031 exchanges. 

After having three quotes from HVAC technicians they all said that the heat exchanges were cracked and the furnace needs to be replaced.

We burned the money up in order to do the 1031 exchange.

I'd recommend finding a wholesaler in NJ (check out the forums here on BP) and ask them for a referral fee (or 50/50 profit split) in exchange for giving them this lead.

This is in case I decide to NOT use a 1031 exchange, which is still an option.  

We exchanged emails for a few days and they said they would CONSIDER a credit only after we sent them the full rent payment for October and they evaluated the treatments we received from the pest control service - which we sent them already. 

What do you think about these sites -bankprospector, paperstac, fci exchange, etc.Is this also a way to buy the notes or is it better to buy in another way?
