I believe southern NH iand maybe Southern Maine are also growing and economically expanding.So, while all of New England share a lot of characteristics, there is also some variety.

But… Let's look at some positive characteristics:1.

ROI is very different depending on the unit characteristics/area. 

Class C properties are affordable to purchase, and therefore affordable to rent; this characteristic makes it attractive to our prospective tenants and are a solid fit for us as defensive investors.[1] We may invest in 1-family properties based on exceptions (e.g. advantageous price, part of a block of properties, property can be easily split into a 2-family, etc.).

None of his skills or work ethic are measured by IQ tests, and none of the jobs he does can be done by robots / AI because each house is unique and requires a thinking person to know what to do and in what order each task must be done based on the houses' unique characteristics. 

This is not to say those level of tenants are all exactly the same but tend to share about the characteristics.

Fidelity has Passport, but it is less robust on the mapping side in my opinion.All of the above include ownership, property characteristics, transaction history, etc.
