Make sure you have all your amenities lists no matter how trivial you might think they are.Call out cool stuff you provide.

The key is talking to an insurance agent who knows their stuff when it comes to rentals.

Check out places very well before you buy, looking at costs, checking the place top to bottom, looking up who owned it before, comparing prices in the area, checking out tenants, and looking at the legal stuff.

I would reach out to an attorney who specializes in this kind of stuff.

I am betting they can help get the stuff there.But first thing, keep looking for a rural place that has better access.

I buy the secondary stuff (like side tables, coffee tables, rugs, etc) on Wayfair.
