I am seeing that the 2% buyer commission is more and more of a standard now. 

Can you use a standard dirt road for construction or will you need topper...and how much topper?

But eventually you take the leap… you decide to go for it and you tread water until you can swim to the next level of your future.For me, I was about 20 attending a photography seminar as a store employee and the day I heard that phrase it hit me… I’m going nowhere being the employee.  

I have been able to find 5-10% CoC ROI on these assets in some states but it just feels wrong lowering my standards (15% CoC ROI).

To negotiate, I leveraged the property's need for renovation as a key point, highlighting the costs and effort required to bring it up to market standards.

The roof begun leaking this week and has caused water damage to the ceiling of my unit and I notified the HOA of my issue on Monday.

Consider requiring a higher standard for pet owners.
