There was blood in the streets.

This morning they came and took their ladders and tools only and left all debris so when I took my lunch break today I went outside to remove the debris because I was scared my 4 yo son would venture outside and step on something or have something fall on him and in the process I stepped on a huge nail that went right through my shoe and now I am leaking blood and in terrible pain and still had to return to work so I don't have loss of wages.. 

Requirement of a private lender is 1. they are related to you, blood or marriage, or 2. you personally know the lender and have past business dealings. or 3. you have been introduced to the lender who has past dealings with a business partner of yours.

The way I see it is ive put a lot of money, blood , sweat, and tears into buying and rehabbing and providing a nice house for someone to live in, that all I ask is for them to take care of it and call at the slightest problem.

Just like every hobby or business, it takes blood, sweat and tears to be successful.

I am putting about $10,000 into it immediately, along with a lot of blood, sweat and tears (more on that later).

There is no signed in blood "you are locked in" contract with HUD.

It's been some blood shed by the larger investors in my market who over leveraged prior to the slow down...

I returned from a trip to Ft Collins and while the city is beautiful and has some nice attractions, I think it is a bit rich for my blood at this point.

So, I'd like to hear of experiences or philosophies regarding cold blooded pets, good or bad, please.
