It's a good site to share information with neighbors in the categories of: classifieds, crime & safety, documents, free items, general, lost & found, recommendations, local agencies.It doesn't do the landlording task that I would like to delegate: Drive-by our properties once a month, keep an eye out for signs of tenant non-compliance (landscaping lacking care, junk in the yard, unauthorized cars parked on the property, sidewalks blocked, garbage cans overflowing, etc.) or for problems with the property (fallen gutter, tree limbs broken off, shopping cart or garbage dumped illegally, etc.); Take a photo of anything out of the ordinary and email it to me.

The unit directly across the court (the sidewalk is the court, the streets are the allies) - I do not know the address but maybe 731 or 733 Jamaica Court, was built less than 10 years ago.

If it's more of a row house, you have a lot less yard to work with, so I would concentrate on simply making sure the yard is need and clean, then focus your energies on the front porch and front of the house.A few must do's for selling or trying to get the highest rent...Power wash the porch, front of the house (unless you have repainted) and sidewalk.
