Also many misbudget things like police details (no flagmen in boston) if they need street or sidewalk shutdowns etc. 

The property is on a corner lot with two sidewalks, and the holdover tenant claims their old landlord assigned one sidewalk to each tenant for snow removal.

Hi all ,My daughter slip and fall and got fracture on her hand .The doctor we visit give me attorney number to sue the owner or city since she fall on the side walk which is there is un-even street level.Attorney I talk to say we might sue the city or home owner.Being landloard myself , I really don’t want to do it , but the other hand it was because on un-even street.

For example, public utilities, sewer/water lines, sidewalks, etc. all have easements on a property.

If it's more of a row house, you have a lot less yard to work with, so I would concentrate on simply making sure the yard is need and clean, then focus your energies on the front porch and front of the house.A few must do's for selling or trying to get the highest rent...Power wash the porch, front of the house (unless you have repainted) and sidewalk.
