@Charles SmithI did this exact size bathroom this year. 30" vanity, new tub, tiled from floor to ceiling white subway tile on 3 walls and like a black slate tile on the back of the shower with a cut out for a soap dish.

He was loud, didn't clean his dishes, and let his girlfriend smoke in the house.

She does her dishes in the bathroom and dumps all her food waste in the toilet along with wipes.

It's hard to tell from the pics but the tub and the soap dishes seem to be some shade of green.

I see you had paid an ADU consultant, did they mention that CalFHA has an ADU grant program that dishes out up to $40,000 for these "soft costs"?
