This is what I would tell them.If the offending tenant was warned by police or cited by them as verified by a police report then I talk to them about it and follow up with a written lease violation warning aka notice to correct.

At least in Missouri, and depending on size, you typically have to test your waste water monthly/quarterly, and then you have to file a form quarterly with DNR which reports the status of your treatment facility.

I wouldn't likely/necessarily be mailing a lot of letters for example.But mainly, I would pay for a service that offered me the closest thing to an instant/on demand "preliminary title report" , that is something that greatly "simplified" initial research, preliminary only of course- based on apn.

It may be good for CRM.When I said bad data..Many of the properties e.g. failed listings failed two years back..filters don't produce correct reports, MLS listings are incorrect- seems like they dont refresh regulalry, equity and rate seems like guesses.Having said that I still believe it may be the best of all.Thanks for your responseQuote from @Justin Silverio: @Sandeep Dhall I'm curious what you mean by bad data.
