So here’s one for you all..My tenant cleared out everything from her place and unloaded it all on the front curb for the garbage to pick up.. some stuff bagged, some stuff not.

I personally spent about 20 hours crawling through the attic on hands and knees with trash bags and a shop vac, removing critter pee-soaked insulation, rodent poop, snake skins and a dead squirrel.

There are many management software that can allow you to split CAM charges (utilities) amongst units just by inputting some numbers.I would not suggest separating sewer as you can open a bag of worms that can blow your budget.

A few bags of concrete and a pressure treated board for a form.

Hopefully the folks in Paradise are not left holding the bag above $500K.

It may happen but it would be easier to find a bag of money on the side of the road .

That day she was evicted she was by herself in the home, no kids just her and her bags of heroin and a needle sleeping on the floor.That was the last time I had to stop felling bad for these unfortunate people who lose their homes.

There may be room there that I could hang a laundry bag so tenants could toss abandoned clothing into that.

The poor scmuck who buys the wholesale property is left holding the bag.
