May be it depends how the properties are located from the privacy and convenience aspect for two different owners?

One of the aspects of purchasing that is most anxiety-inducing for investors is in doing a CMA and figuring out the After Repair Value of the property.

@Jonathan Bowen I mean there's a certain aspect of this where as the buyer you need to take responsibility for yourself.

The problem is that most contractors don’t fully understand the flipper and in some aspects, the flipper does not understand the contractor side of the business.

I also handle finding a tenant and manage all aspects of the property - so that they do not have to do or worry about ANYTHING.
