Spend 3 days (about 6 to 7 hours a day) on this renovation project to refinish the cabinets walls around the cabinets, and new floors.

I am thinking of refinishing them but am concerned about noise to the units below.

I currently work in the Automotive Collision Repair field as a Refinish Technician.

Basement room was put together by previous owner, we just refinished it.

I plan to paint the cabinets put on some new hardware, update the appliances, gut the bathroom, repair the roof which looks like it could need some TLC , refinish the wood floors downstairs, carpet uptairs and paint the whole house.

Refinish/paint and new hardware is best unless they are damaged.Be sure to inspect/change all the electrical fixtures.  

I have owned my duplex for 2 months in Ventnor, NJ and I have since renovated the 2nd floor apt one and I have refinished hardwood floors throughout.  

We exposed the brick, refinished the floors, did a drop ceiling  and added new electric, comm and hvac.  

We got a water damage company to clean up and a handyman to come in to replace and refinish.

I've had to cancel my moving crew 3 times now.I hired Ralph to refinish my hardwood floors.
