This is a recurring problem now and not likely to go away.

I'm naturally anxious so I also had a lot of anxiety about how I ran my numbers, if the unit will cashflow like it looks like it will on paper, the fact I invested out of state (live in CA invested in MN) the neighborhood I bought in (probably C+), repairs, reserve amounts, etc.

As far as anxiety and REI, take it literally one day at a time.
