New to managing properties

Brand new to property investing and very close to closing on a duplex in south Denver.     I don't want to collect rent checks or watch my mailbox for a physical check.  Would love to do this online.   Considering I'll only have the duplex (for now) what programs are the best to post the property, screen, collect rent?  Zillow?  Apartments.com? Maybe procure  my own rental contract & have tenants pay through Zelle?  Others?   Help!
