While this is fine for a typical long term rental this is inadequate coverage for a VR.Today I got a quote from Prosper a company that specializes in VR insurance, but when you add wind coverage aka hurricane coverage the policy is 3 times my current landlord policy with wind coverage! 

Your have rational logical reasons to believe the area and property will prosper over the next 5 to 10 years. 4.

So it may be a one-way street, but I am very appreciative of any advise and guidance and will gladly show my appreciation in the form of coffee or lunch.Recently, I purchased a property as my first rental, taking the first step in a long, and hopefully prosperous, journey.
