All the gurus pretend this is easy, it's not!

I have attended a few local REI meetups but the organizers were not sincere, pretended to be a gurus and tried to fake their credential.

Know Your Friends and EnemiesBeware of false friends who only pretend to be on your side, such as certain unscrupulous investment professionals whose interests may conflict with yours.

They will pretend to be hurt but inside they understand very well that THEY are the ones who are making YOUR life difficult, not the other way around.

@Shawn Williams I would recommend listening to every BP podcast, attend the county auction "pretending" you're going to buy a house....then take real action towards whatever is drawing you.

Most of America is broke earning under 55k a year and pretending they're not.You're on the right track by trying to raise your income.

That's all wholesaling is, it's brokering real estate except instead of being up front & telling the distressed seller that you'll sell their property for X amount & take X amount as your commission / fee you are taught to lie to the seller & pretend you are going to buy the property while you secretly attempt to "assign" your contract.It doesn't work.

It's good business to treat your tenants well and let them pretend it's their house within limits.  

When tenants get notices the first thing they do is go to google or there other tenant friends who pretend to be lawyer.  

There are decades of policies they instituted that harm the people they pretend to help, but the people are too stupid to see it.
