Newbie in Columbus, GA and surrounding areas

Just recently started on here and I am trying to figure out how to do investing in real estate (flip/hold) my main goal.  I am not completely  ignorant to what I would have to do.  Truthfully scared to make a financial mistake.

Hearing from people who are actually doing what you want to do and how they started will give you more confidence and possibly overcome some of the fear.  They help me immensely when I hear how many of these successful investors started off and some of them made financial mistakes.  It allows me to learn from their mistakes and from their successes as well.
