In this case the EM will go to the RE agent,.i have never signed a contract before getting an acceptance , so i'm hesitant to give a signed contract and the EM..i already gave a binder deposit of $480.00 the pP is $48,ooo now they want $4.800.00 (10% of pp) with signed contract. i worry i wont get it bcak for some reason.Can i sign contract with no more EM ?

We figure if we take about 18k from our savings and purchase an investment no more than 65k (2 family between 5 and 6 bedrooms) we should be able to make our initial investment back in hopefully no more than 18 months.
