My broker at my real estate office discouraged me from getting a trust account.

PureWest Real Estate has 19 offices across the state that all publish market trends for their regions. 

This deal is a 2 phase process: downstairs is retail and upstairs 20+ offices will be renovated into quality micro apartments. 4 Offices will first be AirBnBs (also near 0%vacancy in our summers).

I looking to BRRR and long term hold on commercial property (office and retail). 

We would likely want to convert the detached garage to an additional office/ADU, so thats the main reason we are wanting to go this route.

I cannot find the owner as the address tax records are in an llc with no contact info and the office address on the data doesn’t exists.  

Call the police - Get ahold of the OIC (Officer in Charge) of the division of the city where you're renovating the property.

I have commercial office space that's going strong as well as multi's.
