Since you're a realtor I would use the same PSA forms but instead of the oref seller financing addenda I would insert language into a blank addendum.

The inquires I get from AirBnB are more of the millennial crowd"The user interface of the 2 platforms, vrbo being old tech (middle aged people won't even notice and don't care, millennials can't bear it :) ) and airbnb on the contrary new with a modern behavior or even language is a perfect match for them. :)

Your clients QI should also have language that they can offer.I've only had one 1031 blow up in 17 years because the buyer refused to cooperate with the seller.
