Tenant = Job of a unit or a property Products successfully integrated with QB - SmartVault or SourceLink, billing solutions, Intuit Merchant Service - specially with vacation rentals, blank check stock, industry specific websites - Would love to work with bill.com, Method Integration (which gives you a web portal, and integrates with QB) and/or QuickBase.

Does anybody know of these types of accounts where there are lower charge rates? Lowest I have found so far is through Square at 2.75%.

I wish they had a bill payment system like a bank does that was easy to use and intuitive and didn't require phone calls to make changes.

I collect the fees in person when they give me their app, or online via Intuit's Payment Network.I get many people who whine about the $30 application fee, but my feeling is that if they probably aren't ideal tenants for me anyways.
