I hope that I am incorrect about this because that would mean a different scenario for you but I believe this is the case.On the other hand, you can always look in to personal lines of credit, heloc's or something of that nature to assist you in funding your initial deals.

I read earlier in the thread that for mortgage counting, it's the "titled owner" of the property and therefore to transfer the mortgaged properties to an LLC that you own so those mortgages don't count against you . if I understood that correctly, that is incorrect.

@Mike H.You are absolutely incorrect, you can do a cash out refinance on a non owner occupied property if you have 6 or less properties financed.
