No loopholes, but no lender will call your loan due if your move in less than one year is incident to military orders.If you can afford to keep the house as a rental, that may be your best option vs resale.

If they are a day beyond that, it's an extra $50 each.Since this seems to be an isolated incident, and the "check is in the mail", you can just text them and remind them the late fee will be due if the check doesn't show up by tomorrow.What does your lease say about late fees?

When the incident occurred I opted to pay for all of the damage & I also paid the $900 water bill that occurred because of that incident.Since the purchase of that house I sold 3 properties for her and her daughter.
