Hey Matt a trick I learned from the modular home builders is to embed 1/2 OSB on the walls (& flush against the 1/2 drywall) where you will be hanging wall cabinets & again where you need to secure the lower base cabinets esp. if you need further support for heavy granite etc.It sure beats looking for those studs & if you install an above-the-stove microwave it really helps to secure the sucker.

I've been hanging around bigger pockets for a few months now and have been doing a lot of research on my own and everything I've come across points to the fact that if the property is owner-occupied and 4 units or less, then the mortgage requirements aren't necessarily any different then a single family, am I missing something here, or is the agent misinformed?

Now, I have all the time in the world time to take my daughter to school, pick her up, hang out with her at the park, or a snack shop, and volunteer for her school.

That being said I choose to hang it at KW because I get so much value from them.
