I am making every effort to fix their problems, and I believe she is delaying the electrician to come in to delay paying rent.I called her just now to ask if there was any way we could get it done sooner.  

Mail no sooner than every 3 weeks and no later than every 6 weeks. 

What I pay in rent is the equivalent of a mortgage payment, but condos here have HOAs for $350 to $450 for properties without a pool, gym or any other amenities.

Going out of your area to buy and get some experience will  get you started a lot sooner.  

Having your Real Estate License is a huge benefit, and that is something that I'm considering down the road if not sooner.  

Sooner or later, this property will have to be developed- it is 60 years over due and in high demand by the city to be cleaned up.I will just keep praying to God for that one miracle.Bob

While I am still unclear as to why this didn't happen sooner, I'm glad it finally happened. 

Live under your means to create wealth sooner then later.

It has always been a plan of mine to try to purchase this 4-plex as well and since I am not getting the tenant interest that I would prefer, I think I would like to approach the owner sooner than later.
