Otherwise it’s pretty darn gorgeous, midcentury big rooms, big separation between houses, quiet side street with longterm neighbors.

It is a little bare bones by today's standards, in otherwords no flashy graphics or photos of gorgeous ladies pointing to piles of money.The info seems like solid educational material.

It grows to about 4 feet high/wide and is gorgeous color.

Copper Ridge subdivision is great for kids and growing out west on the edge of the subdivision with gorgeous views of the Beartooths and Red Lodge Mountain (many can see the ski hill from the house), you can go snowshoeing up on the Rims right from there, and there's walking paths everywhere.

I now paint them the wall color.The only time I let a tenant paint a room, which was along time ago, was in an older home I rent and I did not have the paint color because a bought a $5 can of reject paint, I got a lime green and pink bedroom (two walls lime green, two pink).  

This was a gorgeous apartment when we rehabbed it and rented it to him and now we are looking at probably $5k to restore!  

There is a gorgeous $1.6 Million Dollar home advertised for $3500 per month.

Oh, another paint question: I have a tenant (being evicted) that got mad and threw a full gallon can of enamel exterior pink paint against a concrete house that was painted with latex paint.

The house is the walled and gated pink house on the SW corner of Le Jeune Rd. and Madeira Ave.

As long as the properties rent, I don't care if the exterior is white or pink or green.The HOA fee can go up - yes, that is true of course, and they will.
