My evicted tenant stole my fridge.

The job was for a 1200sqft house wash all windows, doors, walls, trim, floors, clean fridge and stove sweep garage and basement.

In my homes I do not maintain a fridge or offer washer and dryer, that is the tenants responsibility.  

My husband is a handyman and our landlord is ecstatic that all he has to do is drop off the dishwasher or the fridge or the ceiling fan and he installs them.

A "wet bar" arrangement with a sink, fridge and microwave is legitimate in a SFH.I understand the new attraction to taking on new rentals, roommates or airbnb short term rentals; it can be profitable to the owner.

They don't clean on their way out, they steal your fridge and washer/dryer set, etc.

Cabinet bid $27000  Appliance bid $25000 (Wolf induction range, Wolf convection steam oven, subzero fridge, Fisher Paykel dishwasher, and a microwave drawer that we are going to drop).  

However, when you say utilities if you mean new stoves or fridges they will have their own depreciation schedule which you can find online.

We don’t have an oven or fridge!
