I work in real estate lending full time (agency, capital markets, etc.) and honestly need help moving deals through the funnel and someone that is either experienced or coachable would be great.

There are some experienced SubTo investors in there that can point you in the right direction and give you solid contacts. 

I do know they are newer, which might be something to consider if you want to work with a more experienced company.

Track record means ALOT to me and understanding how they underwrite the deal, experienced investors understand underwriting, now thats not to say they do not have a bad deal, but you typically do not have to worry about the entire deal getting wiped.
