I've never been embarrassed about an offer as they can always be justified and I never demanding some ridiculous profit and that works without ever having to lose your reputation over, there isn't a Realtor in my area that wouldn't work with me, so, what's that worth?

She sent something like 30 photos of stuff over this time period and was insistent on getting money back and how she said it was so disgusting and terrible and that she was embarrassed for the people she invited on this trip with her.. blah blah blah..

that is one reason.. but the main reason in the few hundred deals i did was to not have to move right away and or keep kids in their same school etc.. or embarrassment ..
