Over the past few weeks, I’ve been reflecting on my future goals, particularly my path toward financial freedom.I’m 22 years old and just got my first credit card two weeks ago, so I don’t have a credit score yet.

It's my goal to share on the forums every day (and go live at 6pm every Thursday) to share Lessons I've learned and interview others to get their stories as well 

Currently, I live in Hawaii, house hacking my own property, and am looking to expand into out-of-state long-term rentals.My goals now are to master the art of wholesaling, continue raising private money, and build a strong portfolio of long-term rentals.

Get me closer to my goal of Y?

How does this property fit into my goals; do the numbers work, does it fit my strategy, etc2.

One challenge was keeping the renovation timeline on track, but through strong project management, we finished on time and met our sales goals.
